"Por favor, tengan en cuenta a los dependientes... que son personas, y lo digo tanto por los jefes y como por los clientes. Hoy he ido a comprar unos sándwiches sobre las 16h y justo estaban descargando como unos 7 carros, entiendo que de comida y material. Solo había dos personas en el establecimiento, uno descargando y desembalando los carros y otro en la planta baja recepcionando... La verdad es que el dependiente que estaba en la zona de pedidos nos ha pedido MUY AMABLEMENTE que esperáramos para poder atendernos. Una señora se ha puesto a gritar súper borde para que nos atendieran "AHORA MISMO". El dependiente lo ha hecho con toda la calma y aguantando a la impertinente de la señora. Decir que no sé qué clase de jefe/encargado planifica solo a dos personas en el momento de descarga del producto y seguro pretende que las ventas sean elevadas. Y los clientes... por favor, empatía."

"Es una cadena, pero el sabor y calidad siguen estando y aunque los precios han ido subiendo, tiene ofertas tanto de dulce como salado. Este de Majadahonda lo han dejado muy mono por dentro. Y la terraza de fuera es pequeña pero está bien. Buena atención."

"Ayer domingo por la tarde sobre las 19 00 un día de esos que estas esperando el autobús . Donde todo parece que esta en tu contra . Entrar sentir en el ambiente laboral que te acogen . Tanto el chico como la chica que había tenían una afinidad entre ellos . Que se notaba en el ambiente . Pedí un capuchino que me sentó de lujo para templarme el cuerpo . Echo con delicadeza y cariño . No dejen escapar a ese tipo de trabajadores. Es muy difícil encontrar a gente que lo hace con cariño"
